Literature to Film and composition   (11-12) 1/2 English Credit.

Course Description: This is a film study course with a focus on the literature, where students are allowed to explore literature and the direct tie it has to film of the same title. Students will read two required novels in the course and additional novels of choice are available for extra credit. This is an exciting course meant to open up the world of literature to the film buff and help students truly understand the connection, between a great story and a great film.

Online Testing: Although this course makes use of online testing, students collaborating to complete tests by using the same IP address, similiar time codes or similar answer/error reports will receive a zero on their test and a referal for breaking the schools academic honor code. Literature Grades: Literature quizzes are weighted in this course; students must receive a 50% or better to receive a posted grade for the literature readings.
